in Sweden. Using the utopiapeople.com website in any way constitutes
your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Utopiapeople.com has
the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions without further
notice. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below,
including those listed in the Privacy Policy, please do not use the

OUR LIABILITY
You agree that we will not be liable
for any loss or damage you incur (including but not limited to loss
of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, or any other incidental
or consequential loss or damage) whether indirectly or directly caused
by utopiapeople.com or by the use of the site.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership/subscription
at any time by emailing support@utopiapeople.com requesting to cancel
your membership/subscription.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your membership/subscription
if you breach any of these terms and conditions or deliberately seek
to circumvent any payment or security measures deployed on the site,
or we deem it appropriate. In the event that your membership is terminated
by us based on your conduct then any subscription or membership fees
may be forfeit. Termination based on misuse of the site or breach of
these Terms and Conditions will be at the sole discretion of utopiapeople.com.
RESTRICTED CONTENT
You agree that utopiapeople.com is
a site aimed at users over the age of 18 years of age. You agree that
utopiapeople.com has no control of the content linked to from within
user profiles and therefore is not liable for the content of profile
pages. Use the site at your own risk, and ensure that minors are accompanied
by an adult when using utopiapeople.com.
PRICING & PRICE CHANGES & INVOICING
Registering yourself or your company at Utopiapeople.com is free for a limited time. We reserve the right to introduce charges at any time without prior notice.
If booked through utopiapeople you hereby agree that we charge you 15% of the total amount (invoices), excluding any equipment or expenses made i.e Flight tickets, software etc.
If you are placed on a permanent job or are hired via one of our clients using the advertise solution we will not charge you.
All invoicing is arranged by us and
you invoice your fee to us, the end client will get a invoice from utopiapeople.
If you wish to take salary (no registered company) we will recalculate
the fee and pay you salary according to your countries tax rules. If
you do not follow our guidelines for Invoicing we will terminate
your membership.
PROVISION & LOSS OF SERVICE
Utopiapeople.com endeavours to keep
our service online and functioning correctly. However we reserve the
right to disable the site without prior notice if needed to perform
maintenance on the site. We accept no liability or responsibility for
losses you incur whilst our site is unavailable. You agree that you
use this site at your own risk.
JURISDICTION
You agree that utopiapeople.com is
owned and operated by Frilansagenturen SWE AB, based in Sweden. Any dispute
arising through the use of this site or relating to these Terms and
Conditions will be presented before a court in Sweden and be subject
to Swedish law.
SECURITY
Utopiapeople.com takes your security
seriously, and has implemented a password scheme to protect your profile
content. It is your responsibility to protect your password, and in
the event that you are concerned about the security of your password,
you should change it. You agree to indemnify utopiapeople.com against
any claims or liability relating to a security breach of utopiapeople.com.
YOUR PROFILE
By uploading your profile, name,
images, and/or contact details, you agree that you are deciding at your
own risk to make this information available on the internet. Utopiapeople.com
accepts no responsibility or liability arising from use or misuse of
your personal information that can be freely viewed by Internet users.
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS & SPAM
Utopiapeople.com will use your email
address as a form of confirmation during the registration process. We
will also periodically send you informative e-mails on new features,
jobs or work advertisements however if you wish to unsubscribe from
this email service then you can easily do so. Under no circumstances
